Registration

In order to participate in this trial, participants agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and at all times of this trial and update such information if it changes. Onsee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your trial participation if any information proves to be inaccurate or incomplete. To participate in this trial, you must be at least eighteen year of age.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Onsee exclusively owns all right, title, and interest in and to the service and content provided in this prototype trial including all associated intellectual property rights.

Your License to Use the Services

Onsee grants participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to access and use content recorded with REBO and the right to download for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You will not copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, or transfer the services except as permitted in these Terms and any relevant project plan agreement.  

Feedback

If you choose to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement, you acknowledge and agree that all Feedback will become Onsee’s sole and exclusive property and you hereby irrevocably assign your right, title, and interest of all Feedback to Onsee, including any intellectual property rights therein.

Disclaimer

The Onsee REBO prototypes are specifically designed to be used on the front handlebar or back seat of a two wheeled micromobility mode with light and video capabilities. Any use contrary to this purpose is not permitted. Please note that Onsee is not responsible for any consequential damages arising from the use or malfunction of the REBO devices.

Indemnity

User Content

By using the device and uploading your data and video content to us, you agree you will not hold Onsee responsible for any breaches in agreement or any third party claims that may come forward from the content you have submitted. The Onsee team will not be held responsible in any way for any injuries, loss, claims, or damages of any kind. By participating in this trial, you agree that copyrights, trademarks, and rights are not breached in any way. You are agreeing that by participating in this trial you will be providing Onsee the right to use this content at our discretion including use on social channels and the consequences that follow.

Terms Information

Onsee may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the Onsee site, or sending an updated version to participants.
